Menopause Online
It’s about clarity. It’s about knowledge. It’s about understanding the tools you can use to take charge of your health and wellbeing through midlife (and beyond).
Menopause: The Next Chapter
Understanding the menopause transition and protecting your health for decades to come.
A self-paced online program designed to help women understand the menopause transition and the changes that influence long-term health.
Why the Menopause Transition Matters for Long-Term Health
On average, women spend around 40% of their lives after menopause.
The menopause transition is not simply a phase to get through — it is a turning point that can influence health, strength, and wellbeing for decades.
Understanding what is happening biologically allows you to respond intentionally rather than reactively.

About Ange Armstrong
Ange Armstrong is the founder of Studio A Health and Fitness in Cairns and has spent the past 17 years working with thousands women across a wide range of health and fitness goals.
Over the past five years, Ange’s work has developed a particular focus on the biological changes that occur during midlife. This shift was largely driven by conversations with many of the women she was coaching, who were describing a similar experience — feeling as though their bodies had changed almost overnight, and that the strategies that had previously worked for them no longer seemed effective.
These conversations prompted Ange to spend significant time exploring the science of the menopause transition and the physiological changes that occur during this stage of life.
She has undertaken specialised professional development in women’s physiology and menopause, including completing the Dr Stacy Sims Menopause Certification, and has spent hundreds of hours reviewing current research, expert interviews, and clinical insights in this field.
The insights gained from this work have been applied directly within the Studio A coaching environment, where the strategies developed have helped many women navigate midlife with greater understanding, confidence, and improved health outcomes.
This program brings together those insights to provide women with a clear, evidence-informed framework for understanding the menopause transition and protecting long-term health. The aim is not to add more noise to an already confusing space, but to provide a clear and practical framework women can use to better understand what is happening in their bodies.
