Teen’s Exercise
Educating our young adults early in life about safe, effective, and sustainable exercise practices is one of the best gifts you can give to your child.
The Studio A Teen’s exercises classes run in term blocks, helping our young adults to develop a positive relationship with exercise, whilst promoting and encouraging positive body image.

Class sizes are limited to six participants to ensure we can provide each teen with the utmost care and attention.
Our male classes provide a focus on safe weight and lifting practises, whilst our female classes nurture confidence in the gym environment.
With no two classes the same, your teen is sure to benefit from this program. Ages 12 right through to 17 years are welcome.
Female teen classes
Wednesdays 3.45pm – 4.30pm and Saturdays 9.00am – 9.45am
Male teen classes – Tuesdays 4pm – 4.45pm and Saturdays 9.45am – 10.30am.
Term 3 2026 runs for 9 weeks.
1 class per week for 9 weeks – once off payment of $198
2 classes per week for 9 weeks – once off payment of $369
