Teen’s Exercise
Educating our young adults early in life about safe, effective, and sustainable exercise practices is one of the best gifts you can give to your child.
The Studio A Teen’s exercises classes run in 9-week blocks (in line with each school term) for $160, helping our young adults to develop a positive relationship with exercise, whilst promoting and encouraging positive body image.
For both our male and female classes, technique is of utmost importance, and participants will be educated on how to exercise according to their specific health and fitness goals.
Class sizes are limited to six participants to ensure we can provide each teen with the utmost care and attention.
Our male classes provide a focus on safe weight and lifting practises, whilst our female classes nurture confidence in the gym environment.
With no two classes the same, your teen is sure to benefit from this program. Ages 12 right through to 17 years are welcome.
Female teen classes run 9.00am – 9.45am each Saturday, and male teen classes run 9.45am – 10.30am.
