Small classes with a maximum of seven people for personalised time and attention in each class

Personalised programming for each individual in the room – that means a program that works at exactly your level to meet exactly your needs

Weights & exercises recorded, tracked and progressed gradually over time

PPC Terms & Conditions

PPC classes run in 5 week blocks that automatically renew each 5 weeks unless you email to advise otherwise

If you are away, you can suspend your program by prodiving a minimum of 48 hours notice via email

If you need to change day on any given week, you can by providing a minimum of 48 hours notice via email
