2 x weekly group run squad sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays 5.20am) – from afar receive home runs to complete
Monthly weekend group runs (weekly leading into big events)

We have four class times to choose from each week, and the program runs in 5 week blocks
Beginner Run Workshop
If you have ever wanted to learn how to run correctly (and efficiently), this program is perfect for you! Suitable for those that are just starting their running journey, as well as those that have been running forever, but have never been shown exactly how to run!
This course will cover all things beginner running, including
Breaking down your running stride into four parts
Arm positioning
Head positioning
Breathing techniques
Running cadence
Common running weaknesses, and how to correct them
