Our programs are flexible for all!

Choose to train with our group or ‘from afar’ with a program
Choose road running or trail running (or both)

Choose to include strength or Pilates in your program to enhance your running experience

Our program inclusions:

Personalised programs delivered to each individual via an online app (3-5 runs per week depending on your goals)
Weekly email contact with Coach Ange to discuss your progress, and any issues you might be experiencing

2 x weekly group run squad sessions (Tuesdays and Thursdays 5.20am) – from afar receive home runs to complete

Monthly weekend group runs (weekly leading into big events)

Weekly stretch/roll session with a monthly ‘enhancement’ session
Private group forum with running and nutrition tips, tricks and guidance
Pre-race phone consult prior to each event you do
Initial phone consultation to set yourself up for season success
Technique and skill development
Personalised Heart Rate Zones
1 x strength/Pilates class per week
The option to attend our annual running retreat
Be a part of our travel group and pre-booked accommodation etc for our group ‘away’ events
