Over 60’s

Exercise plays a critical role in positive aging, and our Studio A Over 60’s Exercise classes assist with this.

With a focus on gentle strength and cardiovascular exercise, as well as improving balance and flexibility, these classes strive to keep you mobile, agile and able to complete your day-to-day tasks for as long as possible. We cater for all levels and abilities, so there is no need to worry about whether you will be able to participate or not.

We will accommodate your individual needs in a supportive, encouraging and friendly training environment.

Studio A Over 60’s classes run each Thursday 10.15am – 11.05am.
