Prior to your first session please complete your Health Questionnaire and liability waiver here. 

 

When to arrive and what to bring
For all sessions, we ask that you please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure we can commence training on time. You are invited (and encouraged) to warm up on the treadmill or bike whilst you wait for your session to begin. This will allow our coaches to maximise their time with you. 
We have a locker area where you can store any valuables. Please bring a towel and waterbottle to each session, and wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in, and closed in shoes (preferably sand shoes/joggers). 

Appointment confirmations, cancelations, and suspensions
Prior to each session, you will receive a confirmation text message to confirm your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours notice/ Changes or cancelations made within 24 hours will result in the forfeit of a session.
If you have planned time away, please send an email to angela@studio-a.com.au to notify us of your dates, and we will suspend your appointments during this time. 
If you need to change the time or day of your appointment, please send an email to angela@studio-a.com.au to organise this. 
If you need to cancel at late notice (less than 24 hours), please be sure to email memberservices@studio-a.com.au 
Please note, all changes must be directed to the above email addresses. Our coaches do not manage their diaries and so cannot assist you with changes.

Booking and managing your classes
To book your classes, please download the Mindbody App on your Android or Apple device. If you do not already have an account with Mindbody, you need to create one and then search for Studio A Health and Fitness and mark us as a ‘favourite’. 

If you have fixed times and days that you would like to train, we encourage you to book a recurring appointment, to ensure that you don’t miss out on a spot. You can book up to 30 days in advance. 

In the event that the class is full at the time of your booking, you will automatically be loaded onto a waitlist. If there are any cancellations, you will be notified about this immediately. 

In the event that you need to cancel out of a class you have booked into, please ensure this is done at least 12 hours prior to the session’s start time. Please note, if you are on a waitlist, but you change your mind and no longer intend on attending the session, please be sure to cancel this out.

All classes run for a duration of 45-50 minutes (except HIIT which is 35-40 minutes), including a warm up and warm down specific to the session that you are partaking in. Please bring a towel and waterbottle to each session, and wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in, and closed in shoes (preferably sand shoes/joggers). 

MyZone

The belts are optional, although strongly recommended if you are going to participate in HIIT or All Rounder classes. We do not recommend purchasing a belt if you are commencing a 2 week introductory offer, but during this time you can see how the system works within a class, and then make an informed decision to purchase if you would like to do so.

We have a locker area where you can store any valuables. Please bring a pair of grip socks, grip mat and waterbottle to each session. We do have socks on sale for $17.95 and grip mats for $10 should you require them. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in, and no shoes.

PPC (Personalised Programming Class)

 

Booking and managing your classes
Upon registration, your spot in your chosen PPC is automatically booked until year’s end. 
From week to week, if you need to swap to a different PPC timeslot, please download the Mindbody App on your Android or Apple device. If you do not already have an account with Mindbody, you need to create one and then search for Studio A Health and Fitness and mark us as a ‘favourite’. 

You can make changes to your PPC bookings 30 days in advance. Sessions can be changed until 48 hours prior to the start of a class without penalty. Within 48 hours, your class will be forfeited. 

In the event that the class is full at the time of your booking, you will automatically be loaded onto a waitlist. If there are any cancellations, you will be notified about this immediately. 

If you are moving your class times around you can do this all via the app, but if you need to skip a week or suspend for travel, please send an email to angela@studio-a.com.au at least 48 hours prior to the start of your class. Late cancelations simply need to be canceled on the app, but not emailed to us. Please note, early cancelations on the app do not stop your weekly payment. We require an email to do this please.
